iGamingB2B supplies the software operators use to run online casino and betting brands. We are a vendor, not an operator, so we never compete with a customer for players. This page covers what you can check before signing: product, process, standards and money.
What we build and maintain
The core is a single API with independent modules around it: game aggregation, cashier and payment routing, player accounts and KYC, bonusing and CRM, content management, and reporting. Casino and betting sit on the same ledger and the same wallet, so a second vertical is a configuration decision rather than a second integration. For the architecture, how the platform is put together is documented in full.
We build for the back office before the lobby, so a commercial team can change a bonus rule or a payment route without an engineer behind them.
How a project runs with us
The same sequence runs on every engagement, whatever the delivery model.
- Discovery and scope. We map your markets, licence position and payment mix, then state which parts we cover and which need a third party.
- Technical fit review. Your engineers walk the API, the data model and the export formats before commercial terms are settled.
- Contract and environments. Once terms are agreed, a sandbox opens with your configuration loaded, so integration starts while the paperwork finishes.
- Integration and certification. Content, payments and reporting are connected, then we run the testing your jurisdictions require.
- Launch and iteration. You go live with a named contact who stays on the account instead of a general queue.
What we hold ourselves to
These are contractual commitments, not a record we are claiming. Ask for each one in the SLA.
- Availability A 99.99% monthly uptime target, measured and reported to you.
- Incident response Severity-based response windows and a written report for any incident that reached players.
- Support coverage 24/7 technical support, escalating to an engineer rather than a ticket form.
- Security Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging on back-office actions, independent penetration testing.
- Data Your player database belongs to you, with a documented export during the contract and after it ends.
Content and platform components carry the test-house evidence each market asks for, and what each regulator expects sits on the compliance hub.
How commercial terms work
We price on scope, not from a rate card. Deals run as revenue share, a fixed fee or a mix of the two.
Modular suits teams that already own part of a stack: you licence individual components and keep your front end, licence and player database, with casino software modules listing what runs on its own.
Turnkey suits operators who already hold a licence and want the brand assembled for them, and turnkey casino delivery sets out what is included.
White label puts your brand on our licence, so a market can be tested before the licensing spend, with the trade-offs under white label casino setup.
Who we fit, and who we do not
We fit operators launching a licensed brand in one or two markets, groups consolidating several vendor contracts onto one platform, and teams replacing one failing component.
We are the wrong answer in three cases. If procurement requires a list of public reference customers, we do not have one yet. If you want to go live in a regulated market without the licence it requires, we decline the work. If the plan needs heavy bespoke development inside the core, another supplier fits better.
Frequently asked questions
Who is iGamingB2B?
A B2B software provider for casino and betting operators. We build and maintain the platform, aggregation layer, cashier and back office, then licence them out.
You are a new company, so why take the risk?
Because the product is verifiable even where the history is not. Ask for a technical session, sandbox credentials and the full SLA text.
Do you run your own casino brands?
No. We supply software and stay out of the B2C market, so your players and your marketing spend stay yours.
Can we start with one module instead of the whole stack?
Yes. Components are licensed separately and share one API, so part of an existing setup can be swapped over.
How do we choose between your delivery models?
A licence and a team point to modular or turnkey. No licence and a market to test points to white label.
What does your SLA actually commit to?
Uptime measured monthly, severity-based response times, support hours, maintenance windows and a data export guarantee. Ask for it before signing.
Where is the company registered, and who holds the gaming licence?
We send the operating entity, its jurisdiction and our company details with the proposal, so you can run them through a register before any commitment. Certifications are listed per market on the compliance hub, and we name only the ones we actually hold. On white label the licence is ours, otherwise yours.
What happens to our brand if we end the contract?
You export the player database in a documented format, and notice, migration help and retention terms are agreed up front.
